The Jade Edict
The player team over at https://www.jadecourt.org/ have put a lot of work into developing a banned and restricted list that would give the best possible player experience. Currently, this is the way I would recommend playing.
Banned cards cannot be played. You can only have one card out of the restricted list (but you can have as many copies as you would normally be able to play of that card).
Rules Change – The Rally keyword has been changed so that it no longer has any in game effect. When you reveal a Rally card, nothing happens. This allows Rally cards to still be played without concerns about the keyword, previously the team had banned all Rally cards.
