…The Seattle Grand Kotei, the first Grand Kotei in the US since PAX Unplugged. This is a 1-day Grand Kotei, so the top 2 of each clan will be awarded the Hatamoto title.
Bologna KoteiĀ is the last of the European Koteis. Will Europe finally manage to shake the ‘pincer’ dominion of the Scorpion and Crab following the US example at Origins?
The Ohio Kotei, at the Origins event, is the first US Kotei under the restricted list. With only 43 players it is disappointingly small, but there are a few well know players at the event.
Melbourne is the first Kotei after the Birmingham Grand Kotei. The players will have seen what was successful during the testing grounds of Birmingham and hopefully will be able to refine and adapt. The expectation is that we’ll see Scorpion and Crab dominating the top tables but hopefully, Melbourne will surprise us!
The Birmingham Grand Kotei is the first event using the restricted list, so we are paying special attention to this tournament. If Scorpion win we will be drinking our sorrows in the bar, if Unicorn win will be celebrating with drinks in the bar! Look, all I know is whoever wins, we’re gonna have a good time. …
